Foods that Jump Start Your Metabolism

Here is a short list of foods to enjoy when you are trying to lose weight and get into shape.
- ice cold water first thing in the morning
-chocolate
-coffee
-eggs
-leafy greens with high water contents

There only a few foods to start but I will do a follow up soon. If you are seeking to lose weight concentrate on overall wellness because we are not doing this to look good we are doing it for health!
