Why raw milk?

Back in the 1970s, a couple of blokes were sitting in an English pub, bemoaning the consolidation of the brewing industry in England and the decline of British beer and ale. A commodity that represented the soul of Britain carefully brewed lagers from countless small-scale manufacturers, each with a distinctive color and taste had been edged out by the insipid canned beers of a few large monopolistic breweries. What was needed, they decided, was a return to traditional brewing methods. They launched A Campaign for Real Ale, which soon became the force that turned back the mega-brewers and reinstated varied and delicious ales to English tables and pubs.

Back in the 20s, Americans could buy fresh raw whole milk, real clabber and buttermilk, luscious naturally yellow butter, fresh farm cheeses and cream in various colors and thicknesses. Today's milk is accused of causing everything from allergies to heart disease to cancer, but when Americans could buy Real Milk, these diseases were rare. In fact, a supply of high quality dairy products was considered vital to American security and the economic well being of the nation.

What's needed today is a return to humane, non-toxic, pasture-based dairying and small-scale traditional processing, in short . . .

What You Should Buy Organic

Aside from the fact that organic food contains higher levels of vital nutrients, organic foods are also lower in other residues and compounds that are seriously detrimental to your health, such as herbicide- and pesticide residues.

Additionally, the use of pesticides and herbicides in conventional farming practices contaminates groundwater, ruins the soil structure and promotes erosion. They’ve also been linked to the mysterious “colony collapse disorder” that threatens pollinating honeybees around the world. With that in mind, buying or growing as much organic food as possible is not only best for your health, but for the health of the entire planet.

That said, however, certain fruits and vegetables are subjected to far heavier pesticide use than others. And with food prices rising, many are looking for ways to buy the healthiest foods possible at the lowest cost. One such way would be to focus on purchasing certain organic items, while “settling” for others that are conventionally-grown.

This is where the EWG study of pesticide residue on produce really helps.

Of the 43 different fruit and vegetable categories tested, these 12 fruits and vegetables had the highest pesticide load, making them the most important to buy or grow organic:

Peaches
Apples
Sweet bell peppers
Celery
Nectarines
Strawberries
Cherries
Lettuce
Grapes (imported)
Pears
Spinach
Potatoes
Conventionally-grown strawberries, in particular, were found to be highly toxic due to a poisonous blend of pesticides in a previous 2007 EU study as well.

But be VERY careful as the list above is for fruits and vegetables. Non-organic meats have far higher concentrations of pesticides than all of the fruits and vegetables. And the highest concentration of pesticides is actually in non-organic butter.

So if you can only buy one organic food item it should be butter. Next priority would be meats and once those are addressed, you will want to focus on the fruit and vegetable list above.

Locally-grown organics are your absolute best bet, but bear in mind that many times buying locally-grown food is your best choice even if it’s grown conventionally, as the environmental impact of shipping organic produce across the globe can cancel out many its benefits. Organic farming standards are also questionable in many parts of the world.

EU Organic Food Study

The biggest study ever into organic food – a four-year EU funded project called the Quality Low Input Food (QLIF) project – found that organic food is FAR more nutritious than ordinary produce, and can help improve your health and longevity. You’re likely to hear more about this again, once they publish their findings in full, which is expected to occur by the end of this year.

This study may have considerable impact, as its findings may even overturn government advice – at least in the U.K. – which currently states that eating organic food is no more than a lifestyle choice.

For example, this study found that:

Organic fruit and vegetables contain up to 40 percent more antioxidants
Organic produce had higher levels of beneficial minerals like iron and zinc
Milk from organic herds contained up to 90 percent more antioxidants
The researchers even went so far as to say that eating organic foods can help to increase the nutrient intake of people who don’t eat the recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables a day.

Food grown in healthier soil, with natural fertilizers and no chemicals, simply has to be more nutritious. It is common knowledge -- though knowledge that is greatly suppressed in the United States. But science is catching up, making suppression of this fact more difficult to sustain.

A 2003 study in the Journal of Agricultural Food Chemistry, for example, found that organic foods are better for fighting cancer. And in 2005, scientists found that, compared to rats that ate conventional diets, organically fed rats experienced various health benefits, including:

Improved immune system status
Better sleeping habits
Less weight and were slimmer than rats fed other diets
Higher vitamin E content in their blood (for organically fed rats)
Does this mean that you should ditch all of your conventional produce and meat, and only buy certified organic foods? Well, yes … and no.

12 Foods that you don't have to buy organic

The Environmental Working Group, a nonprofit organization that advocates for policies that protect global and individual health, produces the Shoppers' Guide to Pesticides in Produce. It is based on the results of nearly 43,000 pesticide tests.

Organic fruits and vegetables are by definition grown without the use of pesticides. But some find the expense of organic foods prohibitive.

Of the 43 different fruit and vegetable categories in the Guide to Pesticides, the following twelve foods had the lowest pesticide load when conventionally grown. Consequently, they are the safest conventionally grown crops to consume:

Broccoli
Eggplant
Cabbage
Banana
Kiwi
Asparagus
Sweet peas (frozen)
Mango
Pineapple
Sweet corn (frozen)
Avocado
Onion

What Typically Triggers Migraine Headaches?

There are many potential triggers, and what triggers a migraine for one might not trigger it in another. However, here are several of the most commonly reported triggers:

Food and Drink: Many people experience migraines when they eat certain foods, especially wheat, dairy, sugar, artificial preservatives or chemical additives. Cured or processed meats, alcohol, aspartame, caffeine, and MSG are common culprits.
Allergies: Including food allergies and food sensitivities, and chemical sensitivities.
Dehydration and/or Hunger
Changes in sleeping cycle: Both missing sleep and oversleeping can trigger a migraine.
Stress: Any kind of emotional trauma can trigger a migraine, even after the stress has passed.
Physical exertion: Extremely intense exercise or even sex has been known to bring on migraines.
Hormones: Some women experience migraines before, or during their periods, during pregnancy, or during menopause. Others may get migraines from hormonal medications like birth control pills, or hormone replacement therapy.
External stimuli: Bright lights, fluorescent lights, loud noises and strong smells (even pleasant ones) can trigger a migraine.
Weather changes, Seasonal changes, and changes in Altitude

Pain

Muscle pain is to be expected during training, it will come and go. All your muscles are like tubes woven closely together and when one or more of the tubes is swollen or inflamed you will feel the pain non-stop. This usually happens when you have rushed through your workout, using more weight then usual or not stretching properly.
There are ways to remedy this type of pain,
first
you can start by stretching out the sore area very slowly. Second,
You will want to ice it then do a stretch to warm it up then ice it some more.

After a day of healing you should be good to continue your work out regiment. There will still be some pain but you need to push through it and remember to have a proper warm up and cool down time.
If you have consistent pain, pain that lasts for 3 or more days you should see a doctor, or a chiropractor but take no medicine unless you absolutely have to.
Pain although it is very hard to get through and it will wear you out, but it builds muscle as well as character and will make you stronger.

Mark 7:17-23

Here Christ addresses that true defilement is found in the heart not in the foods we eat. Because He has cleansed all things for eating so we are not bound by the law.

This is a very true statement even though I strongly push the Levitical law when it comes to diet. Not because I still keep the law but because its principles still hold true today. God has given us passage after passage to use to increase the quality of our lives we just need to dig deep into the word so we can unlock these profound truths.

Use these scriptures in your prayer and fasting time this week.

Friends & Family

Having friends and family is wonderful that is until you start doing something like, losing weight, dating or moving. I want to address the losing weight because that is what I do.
You may feel guilty about your weight loss or take a break from your diet altogether when you are with your friends and family. This is fine if you take the right precautions:
Probiotics
Digestive Enzymes.
As well as watching the contents of your food.
You can still have a good time but it is important that you remain focused or else you will yoyo up and down with your weight. I know this will bring questions from your family but do your best to explain to them that this is not a diet but a way of life.
You are changing for you and no one else, your life is becoming more healthy and you are digging deep to keep up with your new life style.
I have these same types of conversations with my family and some have taken them to heart and slowly changed their lives while others will turn their backs on it because they are to "busy" or "lazy" both are very bad excuses. So don't confront them on these issues let them continue to come to you and then feed them a little at a time.
This way you will be more inclined to not get upset and also they will not be over whelmed with what may have taken you months to learn.
If they want to know they will ask you.

Commitment

I have had some great clients even though they are few and far between. I love when I get the ones that are excited but committed, you know the people who are in it to win it. They understand that they are the problem and cannot do it on their own. They see that the choices that were made in the past are not the way to a healthy future and they need to stop the cycle. No more excuses let get it done and lets do it know!

These clients are motivated by are sheer desire to succeed, they want what is good for them and will do anything to achieve those goals. Willing to go the extra mile in a very literal sense, no whining no crying and willing to work through a lot of pain.

They have achieved great progress both physically and mentally, going to new heights in their fitness life every week. I am very proud of them and so thankful for them.
If you are considering working with me on any level you better be committed and make the choice to do what ever it takes to be healthier than you have ever been in your life!

THANK YOU!!!

Medical Care and Profits

I have been researching these two elements for years and since I have been doing it I have realized a destructive path. Of course I am not the only one (thankfully) who has seen this obvious destructive path. I understand that our medical system used to be state of the art and all about the people and doing what could be done to help, but only in the beginning. Now I can see the eyes of the monster that has been created when profits and lack of education have crept ed in.
Don't get me wrong I still think that doctors can do some great things but, not all of these things are motivated by the love for the patient. It would be silly to doubt the power of money in this world, we see it in everything from high government to the smallest of churches. So to say that our treating of certain cancers and other ailments is motivated by money is just being honest. The problem herein is that people are dying and we are indoctrinating young medical staff to do it the profit making way because it is the industry standard.
This is particularly disheartening when you look at the simplicity of certain diseases and the fact that nutrition and exercise is and has been the cure for sometime but they are rarely ever prescribed. Why? I don't want to think that its just money but it has to be at least 50% of the reason. I think the other half is the complete discount of their (exercise and diet) effectiveness.
This being said I think there is a good article (one of many) that explains one certain disease and the proper care for it here is the link.

Growing and learning more about the body is important to your health and your families health. Just think about the millions of people that need to experience the Love of the Lord and not the love of money.

Commit your works to the Lord,
And your thoughts will be
established.

HPV Deception

Once you educate yourself and know the facts about Gardasil, the truth about HPV, and the statistics of cervical cancer, it will become quite clear just how outrageously useless -- and dangerous -- this vaccine really is.

The FDA, in not-so-rare form, insists there's no medical reason to be worried about the side effects of Gardasil. "We're monitoring the safety of the HPV vaccine very carefully, and the only adverse event that causes some concern is fainting after the vaccine," says Robert Ball, director of the FDA's office of biostatistics and division of epidemiology.

He continues to say, “Higher rates of Guillain-BarrĂ© have been associated with the swine flu vaccine and possibly with the meningitis vaccine Menactra, but it is no more common in those who get Gardasil than in those who don't.”

Alright. Let’s say you agree with the idea that the cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome are pure coincidence, despite the fact that they occur within days or weeks of vaccination.

But what about the deaths?

Infant deaths following Merck’s rotavirus are routinely disguised under the label SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome). So what do we have when healthy teenagers drop dead for no reason? SAD -- Sudden Adolescent Death? Will that be the next big thing? Will there be SAD campaigns, with physicians educating the public about proper sleeping positions until you’re well into your 20’s?

Let’s get real.

I recently read a comment online from one mother who said she’d do anything in her power to make sure her children were protected, and she couldn’t understand “the narrow-minded opinions” and “fear mongering” of Gardasil nay-sayers.

“Would you rather your daughters died of cervical cancer?” she wrote.

Well, that’s just it, right there! As I will show you, the chances of your daughter dying of cervical cancer are already VERY LOW, and the possibility of Gardasil sparing them from cervical cancer is so RIDICULOUSLY LOW that no reasonable person could argue for the use of this HPV vaccine if they knew all the facts.
