I have a shake twice a day one in the morning and one in the afternoon. These shakes are both good for you and great for your energy.
Morning Shake.
2 cups of kefir (cultured raw cows milk)
2 eggs (grass fed free range)
1 tablespoon or the Garden Of Life Super Greens Powder
Hand full of frozen blue berries
Hand full of frozen raspberries
1 fresh banana
MMMMM....
Afternoon Shake
4-6 eggs
2 table spoons of coco (fair trade organic)
1 table spoon of turbinado sugar
