Making Eating Out Simple

You should apply the Makers Diet Concept to eating out as much as possible. I like to use phase one guide like
avoiding any carbs and only eating meat and vegetables with no dairy or refined sugar.
It can be done and if you have digestive enzymes make sure they are used and that they are whole food enzymes. No the kind that are packed with chemical additives and ingredients.

Taking certain precautions when eating out will indeed help you manage your weight and not crash from the foreign food. Do it for you you will be better for it and your trainer will thank you.

Here is what Dr. Mercola says about it:
1. Avoid eating out on holidays and Saturday nights. The volume of customers guarantees that most kitchens will be pushed beyond their ability to produce a high-quality meal.

2. There are almost never any sick days in the restaurant business. A busboy with a child to support isn't going to stay home and miss out on $100 because he's got strep throat.

3. When customers make personal attacks, adulterating food or drink is a convenient way for servers to exact covert vengeance. Waiters can and do spit in people's food.

4. Never say "I'm friends with the owner." Restaurant owners don't have friends. This marks you as a clueless poseur the moment you walk in the door.

5. Treat others as you want to be treated.

6. Don't snap your fingers to get attention.

7. Don't order meals that aren't on the menu. You're forcing the chef to cook something he doesn't make on a regular basis, and it won’t be as good.

8. Splitting entrées is okay, but don't ask for water, lemon, and sugar so you can make your own lemonade.

9. If you find a waiter you like, always ask to be seated in his or her section. Tell all your friends so they'll start asking for that server as well. The server will be grateful and take good care of you.

10. If you can't afford to leave a tip, you can't afford to eat in the restaurant.

11. Always examine the check. Sometimes large parties are unaware that a gratuity has been added to the bill, so they tip on top of it. Waiters "facilitate" this error.

12. If you want to hang out, that's fine. But increase the tip to make up for money the server would have made if he or she had had another seating at that table.

13. Never, ever come in 15 minutes before closing time. While you're chitchatting over salads, your entrées will be languishing under the heat lamp while the dishwasher is spraying industrial-strength, carcinogenic cleaning solvents in their immediate vicinity.

Consuming meals rich in high-quality protein—preferably organic chicken, beef, lamb, dairy, eggs, and so on—will leave you feeling full and satisfied, which can support weight loss. Here’s why: chicken, beef, fish, and other high-protein foods slow the movement of food from the stomach to the intestine—and a stomach that slowly empties means you feel fuller longer and get hungrier later.

Even better, as it relates to weight management, is that grass-fed beef is high in conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a fatty acid that appears to modestly reduce body fat, while preserving muscle tissue, according to researchers at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine. Additional good news is that grass-fed animals have 3 to 5 times more CLA than grain-fed animals.

But that’s not all that healthy proteins can do. Organic beef is higher in healthy omega-3 fatty acids and important vitamins like vitamins B12 and E, and is much healthier than meat from hormone-injected cattle that eat pesticide-sprayed feed laced with antibiotics.

Fish with scales and fins caught from oceans and rivers are also lean sources of protein and provide the essential amino acids. Supermarkets are stocking these types of foods in greater quantities these days, and of course, they are found in natural food stores, fish markets, and specialty stores. Consuming fatty fish—wild salmon, mackerel, and sardines—comes with additional benefits. They also provide healthy omega-3 fats.

Holistic Health

I want you all to know that if you have bad relationships whether in the past or present, this will negatively effect your overall health.
It will zap your energy right out of you leaving you on the brink of depression. You need to separate yourself from negative people or situations, to keep you from feeling the pull downward. By doing this you will keep your mind off of things that will trigger emotional trauma and help you to focus on other goals.
You will need to try and work on healing that area in your life i would recommend spiritual growth as it has been key in so many clients as well as my life.
I do this by spending time with my God, Jesus my savior. This has improved my family life and made me a better husband, person and business owner. You can't do it on your own you already know this, so stop trying. Seek that healing that can only come from Christ.
That is holistic health at its best and you will never want to leave that feeling behind.

The Game Of Fitness

Hello again,
I wanted to tell you somethings about the fitness aspect of your life and how you can keep on keeping on, pertaining to energy that is.
There are several way to increase your energy no matter your level of fitness there are methods that will always deliver.
I like my protein shakes 1 hour before or right after a work out.
Sleep,
it is important that you try and get 7 or 8 hours of sleep every night along with going to bed before 10pm.
Water,
having your daily quota of water will keep things moving through and out of your body, this will prime it for detox in return keeping your body cleaner and more efficient.
Koombucha Tea,
there aren't many supplement type things I will tell you to do but this and probiotics are very important. Koombucha has probiotics in side because it is a cultured tea. It also aids your body in its defense from things that are unnatural or not a food at all.
Probiotics,
These are good to take everyday and unlike multi vitamins you can never have enough. Good bacteria eats bad bacteria in your gut and that is the sole purpose of these amazing little guys.
Move things out more quickly, and don't mess with your bodies digestion time.
Now get off your butt and get in the gym!

Healthy Bacteria In Your Appendix by dr. mercola

Your appendix is a small dead-end tube connected to a section of your large intestine. It has long been thought to be a vestigial remnant of some other organ, but there is little evidence for an appendix in our evolutionary ancestors. Few mammals have any appendix at all, and the appendices of those that do bears little resemblance to the human one.

It Starts At 1
