Fast food isn't really food at all, but why? Because it has preservatives in them along with pesticides and other chemicals used to process food then, we deep fry it in rancid oil. This is a no brainier, eat to live people I will say it again and again. You will naturally lose weight, not all of it, you will need to move the stored fat around to get it out.
